TinyPic.com is a free image and video hosting website where you can upload most types of photos and videos. They use a simple interface which is on the homepage where yo uneed to select the browse button and locate the file on your computer. Once you have found the file you would like to upload you press upload.
After uploading your image you will be present with various links to the image stored onto tinypic.com which you can then use to link to the image they even provide the code for various applications such as a forum or a html link.
Overall I like tinypic it has proved useful over the times that I have used it
